Insanity Named In The Sunday Times Best Places to Work List For The Second Year Running

Insanity, the B Corp-certified talent management company, record label and production house, is proud to have been named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list for the second year running.

The prestigious list celebrates outstanding workplaces across the UK, recognising organisations that prioritise wellbeing, engagement, diversity and employee development. Insanity also received a Spotlight Award as one of the top three employers in the UK for LGBTQIA+ colleagues, further reaffirming its position as a safe, inclusive and supportive workplace.

This award follows a landmark run for Insanity, which has seen the entertainment group become the UK’s first ever B Corp-certified talent management company and record label, Agency of the Year at the Edinburgh TV Awards, Agency of the Year (Silver Award) at the Global Influencer Marketing Awards and Broadcast Magazine’s Best Places to Work.

The Sunday Times accolade is awarded to those businesses who can evidence tangible practices that provide high levels of employee wellbeing, career progression and inclusivity.

The award measures key areas such as workplace culture, leadership, reward and recognition, and opportunities for growth. Insanity scored an outstanding 88% in its employee engagement survey, where notable references were made to Insanity’s culture of creativity, kindness, and collaboration, all of which have become central to the company’s identity.

Andy Varley, Founder & CEO of Insanity, said:

“Being recognised again in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work is a moment of real pride for everyone at Insanity. We have always believed that culture is built through consistent action, not words alone, and this recognition reflects the care, commitment and values that run through the business. “We are particularly proud to have received a Spotlight Award as one of the top three employers in the UK for LGBTQIA+ colleagues. Creating a workplace where people feel safe, valued and able to be themselves is fundamental to who we are, and this award is a powerful reminder of why that work matters. “As we continue to grow, our focus remains on building a progressive, inclusive and people-first business where talent can thrive, both in front of and behind the camera.”
