Insanity Expands Entertainment Division With Strategic New Hires

The UK’s only B Corp certified talent management company who provide management for clients including Roman Kemp, Maya Jama, Mollie King, Zara McDermott, Louise Thompson and ItalianBach, has appointed multiple new talent managers and increased it’s roster with a number of exciting new talent signings. The company welcome’s Grace O’Leary, Lucy Chesterman, Zach Brown and Hannah Thomas Davies.

Grace O’Leary joins from Independent Talent where she has spent the last 12 years working with talent including Sian Welby, Dolly Alderton and Lauren Laverne. Since joining Insanity as Senior Talent Manager, Grace has started building an exciting roster of entertainment and creator clients including Pandora Sykes, Hasan Semay (Big Has), Freddie Garland and Justin Tsang (JustinTheDustbin).

Lucy Chesterman spent almost 9 years at comedy management and promotions company Mick Perrin Worldwide prior to joining Insanity. At MPW she worked with a diverse roster of UK and international comedians, including Ardal O'Hanlon, Schalk Bezuidenhout, Francesco De Carlo, Dave Hill, Ari Eldjárn, Anuvab Pal, Elf Lyons, Abby Wambaugh and Sam Morrison. Since joining Insanity as a Senior Talent Manager, Lucy has signed Farrel Heggarty, Lee Peart, Adam Kelly (2BigLugs) and Daisy Doris May.

Zach Brown joins from Independent Talent where he spent almost 7 years building a roster of talent across gaming. At Independent, Zach worked across the entire roster procuring high profile opportunities across the world of gaming, from computer game voiceovers to game related brand endorsements. As a BAFTA Games full member, he helps to steer representation of gaming across TV, film, and social media. Since joining Insanity as a Senior Talent Manager, Zach has signed Frankie Ward, Leah Alexandra, Koji and Emma Nicole.

Hannah Thomas Davies started her career as an assistant at Gleam Futures. Prior to joining Insanity as a Talent Manager, Hannah worked in the Unscripted & Entertainment team at Curtis Brown working across clients including Munroe Bergdorf, Motsi Mabuse and Carol Vorderman. Since joining Insanity, she has signed Chris Lloyd, Finn Tonry, Shani Dhanda and Rhys Doing Things.

These four significant appointments come at an exciting time for Insanity. Back in November, they announced multiple Gen Z hires and continued to bolster their Gen Z creator roster with exciting talent including Isaac Smith (ItalianBach), Heather Bowling, Millie Grace Court, Flossie Clegg, Aoife O’Farrell, Shini Muthukrishnan, and Niall Gray.

Over the past year, Insanity has won Agency of the Year at The Edinburgh TV Awards, Agency of the Year Silver Award at The Global Influencer Marketing Awards and were included in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list for a second consecutive year, and they were also included in Broadcast’s Best Places to Work in TV.
