Sam Thompson is a TV personality and presenter, known for his vibrant on-screen charisma and quick wit.
He has appeared on a number of high-profile TV shows including Celebrity SAS Who Dares Wins, The Wheel and notably he was crowned King of the Jungle for I’m a Celebrity: Get Me Out Of Here series 23! He’s a regular face on This Morning and has been part of Love Island Aftersun since 2023. Sam took part in DNA Journey with Marvin Humes, exploring his heritage in 2025. He’s also joined the cast of Celebrity Sabotage for ITV1.
Sam is live on the airwaves every Saturday morning for Hits Radio, as well as bringing us the Chart Show every Sunday. In 2022, Sam and best-friend Pete Wicks, launched their award-winning podcast, Staying Relevant, since launch the podcast has seen a book released and multiple live shows. 2025 saw them awarded with Best Podcast at the TRIC Awards.
Sam is an advocate for ADHD having been diagnosed in 2023. This journey was followed in his debut documentary, Sam Thompson: Is This ADHD? (E4), he now works closely with ADHD UK. His other charity work saw him compete in multiple Soccer Aid matches and in 2025 he completed the ultimate test of endurance for UNICEF. Successfully travelling 260 miles on foot and bike from Stamford Bridge in London to Old Trafford in Manchester to deliver the Soccer Aid match ball. This journey was documented live by Hits Radio and This Morning as well as a one-off special documentary for ITV1: Sam Thompson’s Match Ball Mission.
Sam has working with a multitude of brands bringing his individual flare to every campaign, these include Purina, Coca Cola, Disney, Heniz, Walls, and Subway. Sam also is co-founder of multiple companies; Dinelli offering on-trend and timeless eyewear and Content Jungle, an app that connects brands top creative talent.
