Kele le Roc was born Kelly Biggs in Mothers' Hospital, Hackney, East London.
The first song she ever recorded was a cover version of “Rolls Royce” Its Over, at the age of 12. Although it wasn't long before Kele was writing and recording her own material.
Kele was signed to 1st Ave Records in 1996 and Licensed to Polydor Records in 1997. Kele spent 3 months in Los Angeles co-writing and recording her first album “Everybody's Somebody""
Her first album was released in 1999, from which Ms Le Roc had 2 Top Ten Singles and received an accolade of awards; Including 2 MOBO's for Best Single (“My Love”) and Best Newcomer.
So what does 2023 hold? Kele is excited to share her new music with you. She spent much of 2022 in the studio with big names such as DJ Roger Sanchez and Donaeo, to name just a few.
