As one third of Take That, Howard Donald is one of the UK’s most successful musicians, charting 56 number 1 singles, winning eight BRIT Awards and selling over 45 million records.
Born in Droylsden, Greater Manchester, Howard was a 22 year old vehicle painter and part-time breakdancer and DJ when he answered the call to audition for a new UK boy band to rival the American groups of the time. Take That was formed in 1989 with Howard joining fellow Mancunions and new bandmates Gary Barlow, Jason Orange, Mark Owen and Robbie Williams.
He’s also a passionate DJ with an eclectic taste. Covering everything from funky house, disco, soul and 90s dance classics. With a DJ career spanning longer than his tenure with Take That, Howard is no stranger to entertaining the crowd whatever the occasion and knows the exact formula for a good party, whether that be at Wembley Stadium or Ministry of Sound.
Howard is available for DJ Sets through Insanity Live.
