Ruben Reuter

Ruben Reuter is an actor and presenter from Yorkshire.

Ruben plays Finn McLaine, one of the regular characters, in 'The Dumping Ground' (CBBC). He also played Shane in Kay Mellor’s 'The Syndicate' (BBC One).

Ruben featured in the documentary 'My Life: Breaking Free' (CBBC), before starting his presenting career by reporting for 'Newsround' (CBBC). He has since presented numerous reports for Channel 4 News as well as co-presenting the critically-acclaimed documentary, 'Disability & Abortion: The Hardest Choice' (Channel 4), with Ruth Madeley. It has been nominated for the Radio Times Readers' Award in the 2023 Sandford St Martin Awards.

In addition to acting and presenting, Ruben trains with Ability Dance at Northern Ballet in Leeds. He is also a keen swimmer.
