Pandora Sykes is a journalist and broadcaster and the author of the UK's No.1 books newsletter, Books+Bits, which reaches over 100,000 readers weekly. A former editor at The Sunday Times Style, she has written for the likes of The Guardian, The Telegraph, Vogue, ELLE, GQ and Grazia and has published two books, The Sunday Times bestselling essay collection, How Do We Know We're Doing It Right? and the anthology, What Writers Read: 35 Writers on Their Favourite Book, which she edited in aid of The National Literacy Trust.
The co-creator and co-host of the culture-shaping The High Low and the interview podcast, Doing It Right, Pandora has written two audio documentaries for Radio 4, Pieces of Britney and along with Sirin Kale, Unreal: A Critical History of Reality TV (the latter of which she was also an executive producer on). Both were Times, Guardian and Apple podcasts of the year. She was the host of The Missing for 8 seasons and has hosted companion podcasts for Disney+ (on Jilly Cooper’s Rivals) and Universal Pictures/ Sony (on Bridget Jones.) She is currently writing and co-producing a documentary series for Audible, slated for release in Autumn '26.
A regular interviewer, host and panel moderator, Pandora has interviewed talent including Jacinda Ardern, Reese Witherspoon, Kate Winslet, Margaret Atwood and Michelle Obama, and hosted love events for clients such as Netflix, Universal Pictures, The Royal Academy, Sky TV and Paramount Plus. She was a judge on the 2022 Women's Prize for Fiction, and is a campaigner for children for The NSPCC.
