Connor Minney

He/Him

Connor is a fitness entrepreneur, community builder, and entertainer.

He was recently named one of Attitude Magazine's 101 LGBTQ+ Trailblazers Shaping Culture.

Having spent more than 12 years in the fitness industry, Connor has evolved from practitioner to founder, building a career that spans coaching, community, and business.

Over the last six years, Connor has built and scaled two fitness businesses, developing a sharp understanding of brand building, growth, and operations from the inside. That instinct for community underpins gayns, his social wellness brand created to offer an alternative space for gay and queer people. With more than 10,000 members, gayns has established itself as one of the UK's most exciting emerging community brands and is now preparing to scale globally.

He is currently in a multi-year partnership with lululemon, both as an ambassador and through gayns.

Alongside his fitness ventures, Connor holds a qualification in Comedy Writing and Producing from the National Film and Television School, reflecting a longstanding passion for entertainment.

This training underpins Connor's new video podcast format, Bring Home the Bacon: Lessons for Success from a Greasy Spoon. The series blends humour with practical insights from successful guests, all scribbled on a napkin over a cuppa.

Connor's ability to bridge fitness, business, and entertainment has led to an original reality TV format being signed by BBC Productions, alongside hosting roles for Hotels.com, Tinder, and Hayu. This unique combination positions him as a rare hybrid: a commercially experienced operator, a community builder with strong cultural insight, and a trained comedy producer with the creative instincts to develop original formats - not just content.
