Grace Blakeley

Grace Blakeley is an English economics and politics commentator, columnist, journalist, and author. She is the staff writer for Tribune magazine and was previously the economics commentator of the New Statesman. She is also a regular contributor to Novara Media.

Her first book, Stolen: How to Save the World from Financialisaton was published in 2019 by Repeater Books and her second book, The Corona Crash: How the Pandemic Will Change Capitalism was published in October 2020. She is currently writing her next book, which will be published by Bloomsbury in 2024.

Grace is a prominent voice in the UK media and features frequently on both radio and TV. She has previously appeared on Question Time, Politics Live, BBC Breakfast, BBC This Week, BBC News, Good Morning Britain, The Andrew Marr Show, Sky News, BBC Radio 4, LBC and many other outlets discussing both current political events and specific economic developments. Grace is a regular contributor on TalkTV’s First Edition as well as regularly appearing on the channels flagship programme, Piers Morgan Uncensored.

She is also an incredibly experienced public speaker, speaking at many conferences, panels and roundtable across the globe on issues related to economics and politics.
