Television Host & Reporter Caroline is a sports broadcaster for BT Sport network where she hosts and reports on the network’s Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and boxing coverage. She anchored the first ever UFC show on the network ‘UFC Beyond the Octagon’ for 3 years live and with a studio audience. She has also anchored the news and reported at numerous sporting events, from the NFL International series, to athletics and winter Olympic Games for Sports HUB, BT Sports’ news-based show. She is now the networks US correspondent for both UFC and boxing after her move to live in Los Angeles in 2016. Caroline was the lead host for the Professional Fighters League (PFL) on NBC Sports and later ESPN, presenting pre and post fight shows and conducting in-cage post fight interviews with fighters of this new league for 2 years, helping them launch in the US and Europe. She also produced and featured in her own 10 part series called ‘PFL Fighting Fit’, showcasing workouts designed for fighters to condition themselves for all demands of martial arts. Further, Caroline has reported UFC for Fox Sports and UFC Fight Pass as backstage reporter, covering big events in Japan and Europe. Never one to sit in the comfy chair, in 2016 Caroline travelled to India to host the first ever World Cup of Kabaddi for Star Sports India, a sport that is the second largest in popularity in India behind cricket and broadcast to millions around the World. She also hosted a soccer trivia show for HOFr app in association with Everton Football Club, giving fans the chance to test their knowledge of their team and alongside fellow fans. Outside of the sports hosting world, Caroline reported on the 2021 Grammy’s for Dutch network ‘Show Nieuws’, rounding up the night’s action. She has also reported on the red carpet for the UFC Hall of Fame and hosted the UK National Fitness Awards on two occasions. In 2008 Caroline took on the role of a Gladiator on Sky 1’s re-launch of the highly successful sports-entertainment show, ‘Gladiators’. She became ‘Ice’, a name based on her winter sports experience and a ‘look’ they were to create for her of white blonde hair to go with her blue eyes and sparkling costume! Caroline performed as this ice maiden character in all 18 shows of the series proving herself queen of the rings and a force to be reckoned with in power ball.
Fitness & Health Coach & Expert When not on the television screen Caroline is busy in the fitness and health industry where she has over 17 years of experience. She is the author of ‘Better Body Workouts for Women’, a personalized approach to fitness, with publishers Human Kinetics, Host of ‘The Health Hack Podcast’ in association with Lumen (the handheld metabolic tracking device), and helps people to get fit at home as a founding trainer on FitOn App, the number 1 actually FREE fitness app. Caroline uses her social media platforms to partner with leading wellbeing brands to educate and showcase products and services she personally endorses. Caroline has been a Master Trainer for Performance Health Systems presenting and educating on Power Plate and whole body vibration for 17 years. She’s a member of their board of education, has a leading role in product development, research and testing, as well as being their go-to celebrity trainer and spokesperson. In 2015 she launched her 'Gladiator Workout' series which uses her bespoke athlete training system along with MMA fitness routines on the Power Plate. This series was adopted in all Virgin Active gyms in Australia, select Fitness First clubs in Asia and in the US. Her latest workouts can be found on Power Plate’s new On-Demand platform and app.
International Athlete Caroline’s sport and fitness industry involvement stems from her athletic career which started at a young age. She became the youngest ever competitor at the England Schools competition where she competed in the sprint hurdles aged just 11. She first represented Great Britain at age 15 in the pentathlon and progressed to senior honors and a place in the European Cup Heptathlon Team at age 24. She was twice National heptathlon champion and silver medallist in the Long Jump. The following winter she transferred her natural speed and power to ice and made her debut in the Great Britain Bobsleigh team, heading out to the World Bobsleigh Championships in Calgary as reserve/alternate athlete for GB1 team who secured the silver medal. Caroline is an all round action woman with a passion for sport, fitness, wellbeing and taking on new challenges. As a sports fan her knowledge extends across her own sport of athletics and winter sports, plus soccer, Formula 1, combat sports and football/soccer to name a few. Caroline’s own elite sporting background combined with her work ethic, education, love for research in all fields of work, and passion for helping others, gives her a unique ability to work across major sports events and television, as well as one on one with members of her fitness community looking to look, feel and move better.
